This website collects nothing

agileai.dev is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels, loads no third-party scripts or fonts, and has no forms. There is nothing to opt into and nothing to consent to.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which — like any web host — processes standard server request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That processing is necessary for our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Netlify acts as our processor; see Netlify’s privacy policy.

If you email us

When you contact us at [email protected], we receive whatever you send: your name, email address, and anything in the message. We use it to reply to you and to take the conversation forward. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or — once we’re working together — performance of a contract.

Our email is provided by Google Workspace, which stores and processes messages on our behalf.

Client work

When we take on systems for a client, we may process personal data held in those systems. In that situation we act as a processor on the client’s instructions, and the terms are set out in the written agreement and data processing terms between us and that client — not in this notice.

How long we keep things

Enquiries that don’t go anywhere are deleted within 12 months. Correspondence relating to an engagement is kept for the life of the engagement and for six years afterwards, which is the period we may need it for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data and we don’t share it for marketing. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — currently our email and hosting providers, named above — and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers operate outside the UK. Where data is transferred abroad, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• ask us to erase data, or to restrict how we use it;
• object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests;
• ask for your data in a portable format, where that right applies.

Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk — but we’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top of it.
